Moving with Flip is simple and easy, it's all arranged online. Just let us know as soon as possible or at least two weeks before you move in and we will take care of the rest.
How to get things rolling?
New Customers
New Customers can simply sign up online, be sure to let us know what date you are moving into the new address, it's that easy.
Existing Customers
If you are currently on Flip Fibre you can head to your My Flip Account and follow the "find out more" link on the main dashboard
How long does it take?
This really depends on what your new address has available if fibre is already installed a move can happen really quickly, we do say a normal move house can take up to 10 working days to complete (this is why we ask for plenty of notice).
