Already connected to Fibre with another provider? All we need is your address, previous provider details, and the date you want to be connected with Flip. (also the normal setup-up things like name and contact details are needed too)
What details are needed from my previous provider?
To switch over to Flip is easy we just need these details from your current/soon to be previous Fibre broadband provider:
- Account Number
- Account Name
Note: We do recommend checking with your previous provider on what they need from you to close the account you have with them (so you can be sure there isn't something like 30 days notice required or anything)
Once you have all the details jump on to our sign up page (hint: there is a "Sign-up now" button at the top of the page) enter in your address, some contact details, and the other bits and bobs (like the previous provider details) and get your flip over to Flip underway.
