I already have VDSL but Flip is showing as unavailble?

If you have an existing VDSL service but our checks show we are unable to provide it, this may be because the results for your house are on the edge of VDSL availability.

Please live-chat us or send an email to support@flip.co.nz and if our manual check shows VDSL is available we will give you the option to transfer your existing service.


Note: We are unable to guarantee the quality of your VDSL connection if the results are inconclusive and your house is on the edge of the coverage area. It should operate as well as your current provider.
