How to change your Broadband Plan

With Flip you are able to change your plan via My Account once a month, this will then change on your next bill date.

Here's how:

1. Simply login to My Account and click on the Plans section.

2. Then select your desired plan and click confirm.

Easy.

If you change your mind and no longer wish to change your plan OR if you are already scheduled to change plan and wish to change the plan you are moving to then just simply click cancel as shown in the picture below.
