How do I transfer my services to a new house?

Transferring your services is easy, just click HERE

Our website will ask you to log in first, then you'll be prompted to enter your new address to see what services are available and confirm the date you wish to move. Sweet.

If you are currently a customer of Flip and are moving house, you will not incur a move fee or installation fee, provided Flip services are available at your new address. (Although we do cover up to 70% of the country sometimes we may not be able to provide your new property with services.)
