My outbound email isn't working

To prevent outgoing spam email from customers who may have virus infection on their computers we block outgoing International port 25 connections from sending email. This does not affect web mail services. i.e. if you use a browser to access your mail, you should be sweet.

If you'd like to send outgoing SMTP email either send it via our mail server (smtp.flip.co.nz), or if you are using a service like Gmail you can send via the secure SMTPS (port 465) option.
