What should I do if I am having speed, gaming or latency issues?

The first thing you need to check is that you haven't run out of data. You can check any time via My Account.

If you still have full speed data left, try below:

  • Scan your computer for viruses
  • Try having your computer or laptop connected using the ethernet cable to see if there is a problem with wireless connection and perform a speed test to see the results.

  • Ensure you disable any automatic updates or any other programs running in the background.
