In most cases you should be able to connect to the internet for the first time by simply resetting your modem/router. But sometimes it may not work, so if you have a Billion Modem, follow these steps and you should be up and running:
Type in 192.168.1.254 in your browser address bar.
Enter default username and password for the modem
Fill in the below form with the following information
Username: This will be your Flip account number with @flip.co.nz after it e.g email@example.com
Password: This is the password you chose at the time of sign up.
You are all ready to start browsing the internet.
