I am having trouble browsing the internet

If you are having trouble browsing the internet or any issues with connecting, the first thing you should do is turn your modem off, leave it off for a minute then turn it back on.

You'd be surprised how often this works.

If this doesn't help, try the following before giving us a call.

  • Try plugging your modem into a different jack point, but remember to use a filter
  • Try using a different modem

Why do we ask you to do this?

Sending a technician out can result in a large charge upfront. No one wants that, so it's best to make sure there is nothing wrong with your equipment first.
