If you are having trouble browsing the internet or any issues with connecting, the first thing you should do is turn your modem off, leave it off for a minute then turn it back on.
You'd be surprised how often this works.
If this doesn't help, try the following before giving us a call.
- Try plugging your modem into a different jack point, but remember to use a filter
- Try using a different modem
