Why am I receiving overdue notices?

If you are receiving an overdue message when you try to make a call, or an email saying your account is overdue this means we have not received payment in full for your latest bill.

If you have made a payment and it is not showing on your account, firstly check your credit card or bank account to see if the payment has been deducted from your account, if it has, email us via support@flip.co.nz and we'll look into it for you.
